Eric Driskell, Esq.

Eric Driskell is a founding partner of Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray, LLC. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a BA in History in 1998 and obtained his law degree from St. Mary's University of San Antonio in 2001. Eric Driskell focuses his practice in the areas of family law and personal injury law.

Eric Driskell's family law practice includes representing fathers in divorce, custody, child support, post decree modifications, and restraining orders. In addition, Mr. Driskell also engages in an avid personal injury law practice including automobile accidents, ski accidents and medical malpractice. Eric Driskell is a member of Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.

Eric Driskell is licensed to practice law in both State and Federal Courts in Colorado and Arkansas. Eric Driskell is a regular volunteer for 9News' Lawline Nine and is on several nonprofit Boards of Trustees.
