Eric Driskell, Esq.



Eric Driskell is a founding partner of Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray, LLC. He is a native of Texas and graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a BA in History in 1998 and obtained his law degree from St. Mary's University of San Antonio in 2001. Eric Driskell focuses his practice in the areas of family law and personal injury. His family law practice includes representing Fathers in divorce, custody, child support, post decree modifications, and restraining orders. In addition, Mr. Driskell engages in an avid personal injury practice including automobile accidents, ski accidents and medical malpractice. Eric Driskell is a member of Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. Mr. Driskell is licensed to practice law in both State and Federal Courts in Colorado and Arkansas. Mr. Driskell is a regular volunteer for 9News' Lawline Nine and Mr. Driskell is on several nonprofit Boards of Trustees. Patrick Fitz-Gerald, Esq.


Patrick Fitz-Gerald graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Journalism in 1998, from the University of Denver Law School in 2005, and was admitted to the bar that same year. Patrick Fitz-Gerald has been a practicing trial attorney for the past five years, working as a Deputy District Attorney in the 1st JD, Colorado's most populous Judicial District. Prior to that, he practiced law in the 1st JD's traffic division while still in law school under the Student Practice Act. During his time at the DA's office he has tried over 50 jury trials and 100 court trials for crimes ranging from felonies to petty offenses, winning the office's 'Trial Eagle' Award in 2007. Patrick Fitz-Gerald has also served as prosecutor in the Juvenile divisions of District Court, a subject matter area he has also taught to future police officers at The Jefferson County Sherriff's Academy and at Red Rocks Community College. As a law enforcement official, he had a unique opportunity to learn how law enforcement deals with Colorado's medical marijuana law, and now helps patients and caregivers to comply with the myriad of rapidly-changing laws and policies that affect them. E. Scott Ray, Esq.


E. Scott Ray was admitted to practice law in Colorado in October of 2003 and the United States Federal Court for the District of Colorado in 2005. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a BA in History before moving to Denver to attend the University of Denver Law School in 2000. E. Scott Ray has practiced in the areas of water rights, personal injury, construction law, and general civil litigation as well as family law. Since forming Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray, LLC, Mr. Ray has focused his practice in the areas of civil litigation including personal injury, ski accidents, and construction law in addition to family law including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, and post-decree modifications.
